The CAD data of the blanks forms the basis for designing forging tools which are manufactured in our own forging die.
We use modern PC workstations featuring the EUKLID (Strässle) CAD system for CNC processing.
This forms the basis for state-of-the-art mechanical processing. Such technology is a requisite for the inexpensive production of die sinkings primarily involving hammer-forged products.
In order to guarantee a smooth process from design to production of the tools, the construction, programming and pilot preparation (PPS system) workplaces as well as automatic control of the NC machines are all networked.
