Die forge acquires the name Wildauer Schmiedewerke GmbH, and is included in one administration unit with Schmiedag GmbH & Co. KG in Hagen. Incorporation of crankshaft production into Schmiedewerke/ Elektro- Stahlwerke Gröditz GmbH with new company name, Gröditzer Kurbelwelle Wildau GmbH

    Transformation of Wildauer Schmiedewerke GmbH into Wildauer Schmiedewerke GmbH & Co. KG
