Non-destructive Test

For the non-destructive testing of our products our employees who are certified according to EN 473 at levels 1, 2 and 3 of all testing procedures (UT, MT, PT and VT) which are relevant for us.

We test:

• Parts: up to 2 t with max. 5,000 x 800 x 1,300 mm (L x W x H)
• Shafts: up to 5 t with max. 5,000 x 750 mm (L x Dm.)
• For the volume testing with ultra waves we use USD 10, USM 35 S and a USLT 2000 technology.
• The extensive technology for the surface crack test covers all common procedures of the MT test. These include the electricity flooding by a direct connection, the combined test in devices up to 5 t and 5 m length with electricity and magnetisation of coils and, if required, also the testing of hand magnets.  
• An extension to the test with DC impulse technology is in the process of being implemented and is available to supplement our possibilities as from 2011.
