Wildauer Schmiedewerke GmbH & Co. KG possesses state-of-the-art production facilities.
In our own Toolmaking department we use specifically developed software for purposes of fast, precise and economic simulation. In our Die forge high quality forge aggregates are used which are highly automated and efficiently cross-linked. The TR-forging makes it possible to produce upsetted-pressed crankshafts in a TR-device under the 2.000 Mp-Press. All established Heat treatment processes can be carried out within our factory. In addition to the die-forged blanks, Wildauer Schmiedewerke GmbH & Co. KG also offers its customers rough-machined and finished products to pre-finished components. The Mechanical production department has highly specialised special purpose machines as well as modern welding systems.
